Saad withdraws name for seat on 6th Circuit Court of Appeals
"Michigan Appeals Court Judge Henry Saad has withdrawn his nomination to a federal appeals court seat, capping more than four years of delays and partisan wrangling in the Senate over judicial appointments."
This withdrawl should illustrate clearly that our Senators need to hear from each of us urging them to focus on bringing all of President Bush's judicial nominees to the Senate floor promptly for an up or down vote.
