Senate Judiciary Committee Notes

Mose at confirmthem.com notes that Randy Smith's nomination to the 9th circuit was held over yet again. On the good side, Michael Chagares' nomination to the 3rd circuit was unanimously moved to the floor, along with two solid district court nominees.
