Specter and Hatch Call for a Floor Vote for Southwick

Last week, Senators Specter and Hatch welcomed their colleagues back from the August recess with a press conference pressing the importance of voting on the nomination of Judge Leslie Southwick to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
