High court nominations become issue

Walter Mears highlights the importance of each presidential candidate's judicial philosopy when people go to the polls in November. He highlights Senator McCain's judiciary advisory committee which includes former US Solicitor General Ted Olson and Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS). He further highlights Senator Obama's high court model:

Obama says his court choices would be in the model of the late Chief
Justice Earl Warren and current justices Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer and David
H. Souter.
