High court nominations become issue
Walter Mears highlights the importance of each presidential candidate's judicial philosopy when people go to the polls in November. He highlights Senator McCain's judiciary advisory committee which includes former US Solicitor General Ted Olson and Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS).
