Virginia Justice Agee Clears Hurdle for Federal Post

Last week,the Senate Judiciary Committee voted unanimously to approve Virginia Supreme Court Justice G. Steven Agee for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was recommended by Senators Warner (R-VA) and Webb (D-VA).
