Roger V. Barth is in private practice in Washington, D.C., specializing in corporate, tax and estate law, and government
After graduating from Princeton University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, cum laude, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, Mr. Barth practiced in Buffalo for six years until moving to Washington.
He served as Deputy Chief Counsel to the Internal Revenue Service prior to reentering private practice in 1974. He has been directly involved in several Presidential campaigns. For many years he has served as Tax Counsel to the Republican National Committee.
In addition to his political commitments, Mr. Barth serves as President and a Director of the National Intelligence Education Foundation and as President of the Friends of the Bermuda Maritime Museum. He is a member of the Bars of New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court, and is a Member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.
