Lauren McCarthy serves as Counsel at the Republican National Lawyers Association. Prior to RNLA, Lauren was Legislative Counsel for Rep. Laurel Lee (FL-15) and an Associate Counsel at the Republican National Committee.
Lauren previously worked as the Charles Koch Legal Associate at the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation. During the Koch Associate Program, her research focused on Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Administrative Law. While at Heritage, she coauthored a Law Review Article—Telemedicine and Occupational Licensing—published in the Administrative Law Review Journal.
Lauren received her B.A. From Assumption College in Worcester, MA, and earned her J.D. at the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Additionally, Lauren is a member of the Steamboat Institute’s Emerging Leaders Council and Napa Legal’s Good Counselor Fellowship.
