BIO
Immigration law practice since 1998, focusing primarily on asylum and family immigration. Brian has secured asylum for approximately one thousand individuals from all over the world, but primarily from the Chinese Communist dictatorship (the Soviet Union imploded, but we can still stick it to the Commies!). Work has included complex federal court of appeals litigation. Also interested in immigration policy, Brian wrote for the July 2008 RNLA newsletter. Brian was a 2006 Republican nominee for Delegate to the Maryland Legislature in District 15, and a 2008 candidate for the Republican nomination in Maryland's Eighth Congressional District.
