Tom is a member of Frost Brown Todd and is a principal in the Government Services and Appellate practice groups. He previously served as the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the United States Department of Justice. As the Assistant Attorney General, Tom oversaw eleven sections, including Appellate, Criminal, Disability Rights, Education, Employment, Federal Coordination & Compliance, Housing, Immigration and Employee Rights, Policy & Strategy, Special Litigation, and Voting. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Tom was counsel to Indiana Governor and now Vice-President Mike Pence.
