Through his experience as former chief counsel to the Kansas Insurance Department and his regulatory, administrative, corporate and governmental affairs representation, Bill Sneed has the knowledge to provide quality counsel on any form of insurance issue at the local, state and federal levels. He has assisted clients in insurance concerns ranging from policy approvals and company admissions to complete company reorganizations, as well as defense of hostile takeover attempts. This experience, coupled with the knowledge gained as general counsel for the Kansas Turnpike Authority, enables Sneed to offer a unique viewpoint to the client. Sneed has successfully represented the diverse interests of clients before numerous administrative and legislative bodies, both state and federal levels. Sneed's founding membership in The Advocacy Group, a nationwide network of firms providing legislative support services, enables him to offer first-class representation in governmental affairs. He has also done extensive work in the area of workers' compensation, including insurance defense and reform advocacy.
