Chase Martin has a wealth of experience working on policy issues as a campaign manager, grassroots organizer and as legal counsel in state government. Mr. Martin has organized and led grassroots coalitions to create and influence public policy relating to healthcare, energy, and telecommunications.

Mr. Martin served as the Senior Legal and Policy Advisor to the Commissioner for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. In this role he served as counsel to the Commissioner on policy and management decisions related to Medicaid, Medicare, and various state and federal entitlement programs. Mr. Martin served as liaison with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and the U.S.D.A. Food and Nutrition Service.

Mr. Martin is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine and the University of Southern Maine. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Maine and lives in Washington, D.C.
