As a courtroom lawyer with a background in information systems, Dan Mauler gravitates to technology-intensive cases in both trial and appellate courts, earning recognition as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation.

Mr. Mauler graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as an Articles Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal and as a Section Editor for The Thirty-Fourth Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. Mr. Mauler is active in the legal community as an officer of the William B. Bryant American Inn of Court, which focuses on litigation and trial advocacy skills, and as an Executive Board member for the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division.
