Mike Smith’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Mike has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in a wide variety of matters, including shareholder and securities litigation, regulatory issues, real estate, business torts and contracts, and intellectual property disputes.

Before law school, Mike was a political media consultant in Washington, D.C., writing and producing advertising for candidates and special interest groups. Prior to entering the consulting field, he was the executive assistant to the chief legislative and political officer at the NRA-Institute for Legislative Action.

Mike received his B.A. from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from George Mason University.
