Mr. Finkbeiner serves as Lead Business/Government Relations Executive for SAIC Virginia – one of the world’s largest technology and defense contractors in the world. In that role, he serves as the direct liaison to executive and legislative branch stakeholders and provides government relations and business development services to the SAIC federal, state and local teams.

Eric served in the administrations of three Virginia governors -- Wilder, Allen and McDonnell -- most recently as Governor McDonnell's Senior Advisor for Policy where he directed the Governor's successful legislative and policy agenda on economic development, education reform and transportation investment.

Eric has resided in Richmond for over 30 years. His daughter Megan (20) is a junior at Virginia Tech and his son Jack (17) is an honor student at Midlothian High School.
