Mr. Frost concentrates his practice in the area of insurance coverage, representing the interests of national insurance clients in claims concerning complex fiduciary liability, commercial general liability, environmental contamination, property damage and significant business loss. While Mr. Frost is barred in New Jersey and New York, his practice extends to state and federal courts throughout the United States. Examples of Mr. Frost's present matters include vigorously prosecuting the rights of an international insurance company against policy limit claims by a Fortune 100 insured for fiduciary liability coverage arising under ERISA, the defense of an engineering disaster property damage claim in New York City, and providing consultation to a leading insurance company regarding property damage and products liability claims throughout the country.
Outside insurance coverage, Mr. Frost has significant exposure to areas of complex commercial litigation and products liability defense, having represented, for example, hospitals in not-for-profit sale transactions, national manufacturing companies against claims of asbestos and other chemical related injuries, as well as various New Jersey political candidates in matters arising out of campaign issues before both state and federal courts. Mr. Frost has participated in various trials and argued before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
