Quadri has served on the legal teams of volunteers during the 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, and 2016 primaries and general elections. He has been an adviser to numerous local, state and federal candidates and served as treasurer of several local candidates or political committees. Quadri has also served on the Board of Governors of the RNLA
Quadri was General Counsel for Mojave Desert & Antelope Valley Air Quality Management districts in California for twelve years; and prior to that held the positions of County Legislative Analyst, Legislative Advocate, Interim Public Defender, and Administrative Analyst with the County of San Bernardino and the County of Orange in Southern California.
Quadri has drafted numerous documents including proposed legislation, resolutions, contracts, settlement agreements, and memorandum.
Quadri reported directly to the policy makers at the local and regional governments level and inter-acted with the private sector and other local, state, and federal governments.
He has analyzed thousands of legislative bills, been the point person in the sponsoring of numerous bills in the California Legislature, negotiating compromises, reaching consensus and making amendments.
Quadri has been rewarded with the successful passage of over one hundred bills that he recommended for his employers, saw their introduction, and perused them until they were enacted into statutory law.
Quadri served as the Chair of the Public Law Section of the State Bar of California, been a panelist on several Continuing Legal Education programs, and guest speaker to University classes.
Quadri served on the Board of Trustees of the County Law Library, Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of California State University San Bernardino, and and as an undergraduate as President of the Circle K Club.
Quadri belongs to several organizations, provides legal aid to members of his community, and is a life member of the Masonic Lodge and RNLA.
