Michael H. Sproule received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary where he was awarded a William A.R. Goodwin Memorial Fund Scholarship. Mr. Sproule also received a Masters of Law in Banking Law Studies from Boston University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts. Mr. Sproule focuses his practice on intellectual property (particularly trademark and copyright practice) and corporate law. His experience includes work with both established and start up clients in fields such as technology, the Internet, media and entertainment.
