I am a non-lawyer with extensive experience in management, supervision, investigations and training of a large number of employees of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I was a federal career employee, having taken early retirement from EEOC in 1989, holding a managerial position at GS-14 plus grade level. I also have extensive experience in community services and organizational development. Experienced in various community projects in employment, health, housing, civil rights, and education. Also, experienced as public relations liaison between communities and local, state and federal agencies and programs. As a non-lawyer, I have a great interest in being a member of RNLA.
