Brian A. Casal is an associate in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Labor and Employment and State Government Relations Sections.

Brian represents employers in a variety of traditional labor and employment matters arising under the Railway Labor Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act, Pennsylvania's Public Employees Relations Act and federal and state equal employment opportunity laws. He also concentrates his efforts on Pennsylvania's gaming industry, counseling businesses on Pennsylvania's Race Horse Development and Gaming Act and the Race Horse Industry Reform Act.

Brian previously served as legislative director and Appropriations Committee associate staff to United States Representative Jay W. Dickey, II from the Fourth Congressional District of Arkansas and as a staff assistant in the Office of the Majority Whip. As legislative director, he oversaw Representative Dickey's appropriations and legislative agendas and managed his legislative staff in Washington, D.C.

Brian is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
