Alex MacLean served as Counsel in the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices from 2005 to 2009. Mr. MacLean was responsible for coordinating and advising the Special Counsel on policy matters; serving as an Inter-Governmental liaison with other agencies; tracking immigration related legislation; and providing bi-lingual outreach to employers, employees, and non-profit organizations.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts from Arkansas State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska. MacLean is a member of the New York Bar.
