Areas of Practice
As a member of the legal team to the 200-member Ohio Alliance for Civil Justice,
Anne Marie has been involved with tort reform efforts in Ohio for nearly a decade.
Also, she has been actively involved in appellate litigation related to tort reform
measures, including filing amicus curiae briefs on behalf of the Ohio Hospital
Association, the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, the American Insurance
Association, and others.

Anne Marie has experience litigating insurance cases (including class actions, ERISA,
bad faith claims, and coverage issues) and cases involving a variety of business and
contract-related claims (including physician recruitment agreements and exclusive
services agreements).

Additionally, Anne Marie has election law experience in both state and federal court.
Anne Marie has litigated statewide petition initiative issues and was involved in
several cases surrounding the 2004 Presidential election.
