Mr. R. Lance Boldrey

Mr. Boldrey is the member in charge of the Indian law practice of Dykema Gossett, PLLC. His public policy practice also encompasses constitutional, election, and redistricting issues.

Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Boldrey served as Deputy Counsel to former Michigan Gov. John Engler, where he oversaw redistricting and census efforts (including defense of the 2000 Michigan redistricting plan), as well as litigation concerning state constitutional matters. He also assisted Gov. Engler with judicial appointments. Mr. Boldrey has also served as an attorney for the Republican caucus of the Michigan House of Representatives and as campaign coordinator for former state representative Scott Shackleton (R-Sault Ste. Marie).
