C. Todd Marks received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2001 where he was selected for publication and served as the Symposium Editor of the George Mason Law Review.
Mr. Marks received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1996.
Prior to forming the Westchase Law Group and Westchase Title, LLC, in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Marks was in the private practice of law in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and in Florida.
Mr. Marks' experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation and creditors' rights pre- and post-bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, and estate planning matters. Mr. Marks' professional associations and activities include the Florida State Bar, the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Congressman Walter Chandler American Inn of Court. Mr. Marks is active in the WestChase Elementary Dad's Club.
Mr. Marks is admitted to practice in Florida, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Tampa, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. In addition, Mr. Marks has successfully represented clients in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.
