I am a graduate of Princeton University (1988) and Harvard Law School (1992).
After finishing a clerkship with the Hon. Stanley Marcus on the Southern District of Florida, I was a shareholder in a commercial litigation boutique in Miami, concentrating on business torts, securities fraud, and antitrust matters. During that time period, I worked on the legal teams in the 2000 and 2002 elections.

In 2003, I joined the administration of Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist (the first Republican elected to that position in Florida's recent history), first serving as a Regional Deputy and then as the Deputy Attorney General for the State of Florida.

From January 2007 through February 2008, I served as Goveror Charlie Crist's General Counsel.

Currently, I am a partner at the firm of Colson Hicks Eidson, a Miami-area litigation boutique.
