•Negotiated six-figure employment agreement with California-based property investment group for company’s majority shareholder.
•Performed in-house due diligence and property valuation for student housing properties valuing over $100 million across the United States.
•Served as corporate officer and provided corporate governance since company’s formation in 2006.

Preferred Capital Holdings, LLC: Dallas, Texas
General Counsel (February, 2009-January 2010)
Manage day-to-day operations, maintain all areas of corporate compliance, and provide legal counsel on all multi-family, student housing and retail real estate contract and lease negotiations and due diligence procedures.
•Generated over $20,000 of savings for start-up operations budget during company’s first months of existence by successfully negotiating and executing wide ranging employment and services contracts.
