Mark Reagan is the managing partner of the SF of Hooper, Lundy & Bookman. He practices healthcare law and focuses in the areas of long term care and related sectors. He is an expert in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, False Claims and government relations. He is the outside General Counsel for the California Association of Health Facilities and has been the Chair of the Legal Committee for the American Health Care Association for the last four years. He was elected and served two terms on the Dixie School Board in San Rafael and was the Chair of the County Committee on School District Organniztion for two years.
