Paul W. Decker is a tax associate in the Boston office of Sullivan & Worcester. His clients include real estate investment trusts (REITS), Tenant-in-Common (TIC) sponsors, investment partnerships and midsize and large corporations. He focuses on structuring and compliance work, including cross-border transactions. He is also a licensed CPA and worked in accounting and audit prior to becoming an attorney.

Paul was named the Accounting Alumnus of the Year by Cleveland State University in 2008. While at Harvard Law School, Paul received the Sears Prize, awarded annually to the two highest-ranked students.
Paul also received the Elijah Watt Sells Gold Medal, awarded by the AICPA for the highest score among the 75,500 students who took the November 1990 Uniform CPA Examination throughout the United States.
