Practice Areas:

I'm in private solo practice - business and real estate transactions and litigation.

I also serve as general counsel for First Freedoms Foundation. I do civil rights work in free speech and campagin finance, religious liberty, education, economic liberty and property rights, and family integrity.

I'm a member of the Wisconsin Republican Party. I am personally active on behalf of conservative candidates, but am not highly visible re party functions or activities because the civil rights work is non-partisan. I am in touch with Milwaukee RNLA, and will coordinate election day activity with them if considerations in pending constitutional and civil rights actions permit.

I have minimal experience in election law, more in campaign finance/free speech issues. I'm interested in training re election law, voter fraud, and redistricting. Time constraints preclude participation in activities beyond that.
