I concentrate my legal practice in general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation, environmental matters and bankruptcy litigation. My practice in the intellectual property includes Delaware counsel roles in patent infringement litigation and trademark disputes; my environmental work includes Brownfields transactions, compliance, administrative issues and litigation; my general commercial litigation practice includes representing clients in contract and other commercial disputes; and litigation arising in bankruptcy proceedings such as preference and adversary proceedings. Much of my practice involves the resolution of highly technical or complex legal issues, where my engineering background is particularly beneficial.
