Practice Areas:

As an undergraduate at Vanderbilt University, I worked at the National Republican Congressional Committee performing opposition research during the 2008 election cycle. At Vanderbilt I also held internships with the Lamar Alexander for Senate and Bill Haslam for Governor campaigns. Finally, I completed an and orally defended an academic research paper that used statistical and econometric tools to explore the effects of absentee and early voting laws on turnout and electorate composition.

After graduation, I served as the Director of absentee and early voting for Mike Bouchard's Republican gubernatorial primary campaign in Michigan. In the 2010 midterm cycle, I served as the Election Day Operations Coordinator for the Michigan Republican Party, where I worked closely with Michigan election laws in developing a program to ensure fair elections statewide. I am currently a student at Duke Law School with a specific interest in working in Election Law during my summers and after earning my J.D.
