Ms. Studner serves as Assistant General Counsel at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where her practice focuses in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ms. Studner has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, general corporate law, and restructuring transactions on behalf of clients in a variety of industries, including software, technology, telecommunications, media, healthcare, biotechnology, financial services and manufacturing.

Mrs. Studner received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2010 where she was the President and founding member of the Georgetown Law Republicans. She earned her B.A. in art history from Adelphi University in 2006.

Mrs. Studner is a member of the New York Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the DC Young Republicans, for which she serves as Executive Vice Chair of Membership.
