Mr. Robison's practice focuses on tort and insurance litigation and employment law, defending industrial and commercial clients statewide, with an emphasis on the unique concerns of construction companies and subcontractors. Charles also practices in the field of insurance coverage.

While an undergraduate, Charles worked as a firefighter for the City of Hillsdale, Michigan. He spent summers fighting fires for the U.S. Forest Service on helitack-rappeller, hotshot and engine crews.

Prior to joining Gough, Shanahan, Johnson & Waterman, Charles operated a public relations firm and served as the Deputy for Help America Vote Act Programs in the office of the Montana Secretary of State.

Charles earned his M.B.A. from the University of Montana in 2010. Relying on his background in public affairs and experience in the business world, Charles advises corporate clients on protecting reputational capital and responding to reputational threats.

Charles and his wife Rachel make their home in Helena, the state capital.
