Dominick Gattuso, a partner at Proctor Heyman LLP, focuses his practice on advising and representing Delaware corporations and alternative entities, their governing bodies and other constituencies in business litigation, including derivative suits and class actions, contested mergers and acquisitions, contested elections and appraisals among other business matters.
