Phillip is a rising 3L at Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. At Regent, he is a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and he is Executive President of the Student Bar Association. In February, Phillip competed at the John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition. During the summer of 2013, he served as a law clerk to Judge Hutchens on the Virginia Beach General District Court.

Prior to attending law school, Phillip was a Personal Banker at Allegheny Valley Bank in Pittsburgh, PA, where he enrolled new clients and solicited prospective clients.

Phillip enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, baking, and listening to old CBS radio dramas. Upon graduation, Phillip would like to work in Washington, D.C. in the area of election law or religious liberties.
