Mr. Goldfarb is a trial attorney who represents businesses, government entities and individuals in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. His experience includes contract disputes, unfair trade practice claims, business torts, trade secrets, Uniform Commercial Code actions, property disputes, fiduciary liability, will contests and insurance recovery. He has tried bench and jury trials in both federal and state court, represented clients in arbitration and mediation, and has litigated appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Connecticut’s Appellate Court.

In addition, Mr. Goldfarb maintains an active election law and government investigations practice. He serves as the General Counsel to the Connecticut Republican Party and has counseled and litigated cases on behalf of candidates for statewide and federal offices. In addition, he has represented clients in grand jury investigations concerning alleged public corruption and election law violations.
