Patrick is a member of Dinsmore's Litigation Department where he focuses on helping innovation-driven companies achieve business goals, protect brands, build investor confidence, and strengthen overall competitive positions.
He has represented clients in both state and federal courts in many areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract, real property disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation. His significant experience includes all phases of written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions practice, preparing witnesses for trial, negotiating favorable settlements, and judgment enforcement.
Noonan previously served as a public policy advisor to Senator John McCain during his 2008 presidential campaign. In that role, his responsibilities included crafting complex public policy proposals, crisis management, and advocating for the Senator's policy positions to business leaders, nonprofit organizations, members of Congress, and executive branch officials.
While in law school, he advised business executives on ways to reduce government waste and inefficiency through the use of proven business management strategies.
