Sam Miorelli is a former appellate litigator in criminal and civil rights matters who since 2013 has been an in-house attorney focusing on construction law, energy contracts, international project legal execution, and commercial claims at Siemens Corp. in Orlando, FL. He has direct responsibility for the legal review of $7 billion annually.

Outside of work he is on the IP Practice Group Executive Committee of the Federalist Society and is an officer of the Federalist Society Orlando Lawyers Chapter.

Mr. Miorelli has a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Mr. Miorelli is licensed in Florida and several Federal District and Circuit Courts. In his spare time he enjoys sailing and making ice cream.
