Ketan has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, specializing in government investigations as well as administrative, litigation, and appellate matters. As a former government appointee at the state and federal level, Ketan brings a deep understanding of the current regulatory climate in his representation of corporate clients.

Ketan gained invaluable experience in state and federal regulations as the former Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, head of the Office of Legal Counsel for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and as General Counsel for the Office of the Nevada Attorney General.
