One of Pennsylvania’s top Democrat political activists is allegedly running a shady GOTV website that is surreptitiously collecting user data for political campaign purposes from unsuspecting voters who are tricked into thinking the site is an official state government election site. The URL, Vote.pa, closely resembles the official state voter registration website, vote.pa.gov. Not only that, Gov. Josh Shapiro allowed his signature to be used on mailers guiding people to request mail-in ballots through the site according to investigative journalist Todd Shepherd at Broad & Liberty.

On Wednesday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified before the House Judiciary Committee and again failed to answer for the Biden Administration's disastrous border and immigration policies. Fox News reported, "[A] number of Republicans doubled down on accusing Mayorkas of pushing 'open border policies' and expressed anger at what they saw as Mayorkas not answering any of their questions."

House Democrats failed to show up to a field hearing held Wednesday morning in McAllen, Texas to discuss the dire situation at the southern border. As Congressman Mark Green put it, the Democrats have gone "AWOL" on their duties as Members of Congress.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell gave the Biden Administration seven days to comply with federal immigration laws after siding with Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody in a lawsuit that has been ongoing since 2021:

A federal judge sided with Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody today, ruling that President Joe Biden is responsible for the border crisis and claiming the president effectively turned the U.S. Southwest Border into “little more than a speedbump.” In a scathing 100-plus-page opinion, U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell ruled that Biden’s catch-and-release policy is unlawful and gave the administration seven days to comply with federal immigration law.

It's no wonder considering the Biden Administration and Democrat lawmakers are all practically encouraging people to cross the border with their policies in a direct affront to law and order.
