WH Press Sec's History as Election Results Truther Exposed

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · September 06, 2022 9:02 PM

As RNLA highlighted when she was first named White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre has a history as an election results denier. This inconvenient reality caught up with the Biden Administration today when Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy confronted Jean-Pierre about her past public statements denying election results.

DOOCY: "You tweeted in 2016 that Trump stole an election."

KJP: "I knew this was coming."

DOOCY: "If denying election results is extreme now, why wasn't it then?"

KJP: "That comparison that you made is just ridiculous." pic.twitter.com/EJyoykV1Ta

Biden Gaslights the American People on Law and Order

Posted on Blog by Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) · September 02, 2022 8:52 PM

Last night, President Biden gave a speech in front of Independence Hall that was billed as an opportunity to unify the country However, the President's speech was purely divisive, gaslighting in an attempt to deflect from the failures of his own administration.

That was the most demagogic, outrageous, and divisive speech I have ever seen from an American president. Joe Biden essentially declared all those who oppose him and his agenda enemies of the republic. Truly shameful. pic.twitter.com/ZcJX2BbZlt

Updates on the Mar-a-Lago Raid and FBI Involvement in Suppressing the Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Posted on Blog by Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) · September 01, 2022 6:47 PM

On Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Canon declined to immediately issue a ruling on whether a special master will be appointed to review documents seized in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) raid on Mar-a-Lago in August. Fox News reported that Judge Canon said she would issue a ruling "in due course."

POTUS Rewards Hunter Biden Laptop Denier with Position on Intelligence Advisory Board

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · August 31, 2022 6:10 PM

Last week, President Biden announced new appointments to the White House's Intelligence Advisory Board, seemingly rewarding one appointee who cast doubt on the legitimacy of the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020. The Washington Examiner reported:

President Joe Biden’s latest pick for his Intelligence Advisory Board is an MSNBC pundit who was among dozens of former intelligence officials to sign a letter in 2020 claiming, without evidence, that the Hunter Biden laptop story was part of a Russian disinformation operation.

Biden's "Crime Crisis" is Exploding in Democrat-Run Cities

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · August 29, 2022 7:41 PM

The Biden Crime Crisis is exploding in Democrat strongholds across the country, illustrating the jarring reality of Leftist, soft-on-crime policies. In New York City, five people were murdered in shootings this past weekend alone.

“Horrific”: Crime in Democrat-run New York City is getting out of control with 16 people getting shot, 5 fatally, over the weekend pic.twitter.com/RNi3moe8uV

Biden's Controversial Judicial Nominees

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · August 22, 2022 11:10 PM

The Left spent four years complaining about the rate that the Trump Administration was filling federal judicial vacancies and attempting to paint nominees as outside of the mainstream. However, a project tracking judicial nominations from The Heritage Foundation illustrates that President Biden has made significantly more appointments than President Trump did at this point in his administration, and the nominees themselves are more controversial.

Check out the updated Judicial Appointment Tracker, with current and comparative data for 7 features of the appointment process. Pres Biden has appointed 74% more judges than Pres Trump at this point, but they are more than twice as controversial. https://t.co/yLA8GOxJpV

ICYMI: Americans Want Garland to Enforce Laws Protecting Supreme Court Justices

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · August 08, 2022 5:00 PM

Polling recently commissioned by the Judicial Crisis Network shows that Americans wholeheartedly reject the intimidation and violence that pro-abortion activists have promoted in the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned last month. Over half of the respondents believed that the law against protesting at Supreme Court Justices houses should be enforced by Attorney General Merrick Garland and believed that such protests undermine democracy. The Federalist reported:

Americans do not believe it is right to protest outside the home of Supreme Court justices or conduct protests that interfere with the justices’ personal lives, a new poll found.

Attack on Zeldin Exemplifies Break Down of Law and Order in Biden's America

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · July 25, 2022 5:02 PM

Last week, Congressman and New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin was attacked while giving a campaign speech. Zeldin, who was ironically giving a speech about bail reform during the attack, predicted that the assailant would be released. Unfortunately, this prediction came true. (The attacker was subsequently arrested again after federal charges were filed.)

A man tried to assassinate @RepLeeZeldin with a knife. Thankfully, Lee is safe, but his attacker is already released back on the streets.

Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies are outrageous, but since Lee is a Republican, the media will largely ignore the attack.

New WH Press Sec Has History as Election Results Truther

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · May 13, 2022 6:48 PM

Friday marked Jen Psaki's last day as White House Press Secretary, and the Biden Administration has made an interesting choice as her replacement considering many believe a "red wave" is coming during November's midterms—election results denier Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre's Twitter history illustrates how she has publicly cast doubt on the victories of former President Donald Trump in 2016 and Georgia Governor Brian Kemp in 2018.

Biden Admin Still Won't Answer Questions Over Elections Executive Order

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · May 11, 2022 5:22 PM

It's been over a year since the Biden Administration issued the Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting, E.O. 14019. However, the Biden Administration has failed to be forthcoming with the public about how it plans to implement the order which requires federal agencies to "consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process." As RNLA previously reported, Committee on House Administration Ranking Member Rodney Davis led other Republican Members of Congress in asking the Biden Administration for more details on how it plans to implement the order:

[T]he above signed members are concerned that Democrats continue to fundamentally misunderstand the role of the federal government in elections, as the EO states, “It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to expand access to, and education about, voter registration and election information, and to combat misinformation, in order to enable all eligible Americans to participate in our democracy.” However, the Constitution gives the States the primary authority to set election law and administer elections.
