Earlier this week, the U.S. Supreme Court stayed a lower court's ruling to keep the pandemic-era Title 42 immigration policy in place which many see as the only thing stopping the crisis out our southern border from becoming even more out of control than it already is. National Review reported:
In a filing, Chief Justice Roberts stayed the lower court order that ended the pandemic-era policy, which had allowed the administration to expel illegal immigrants as a means to prevent the spread of communicable diseases. Roberts gave the DOJ until Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. to file a response to the states petitioning to maintain Title 42.Read more
Shocking video released by Fox News earlier today reveals that Biden's Border Crisis is not letting up anytime soon.
NEW: Our thermal drone team witnessed several hundred migrants crossing illegally into Normandy, TX before sunrise this AM. Per CBP source, Border Patrol’s Del Rio sector has already had over 46,000 illegal crossings since October 1st, including 1,700+ in last 24 hours. @FoxNews pic.twitter.com/W5FVL1G0eF— Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) November 3, 2022

It's no wonder considering the Biden Administration and Democrat lawmakers are all practically encouraging people to cross the border with their policies in a direct affront to law and order.Read more
When thinking about illegal immigration, immigration from Central America typically comes to mind. However, more and more immigrants are coming from countries beyond our neighbors directly to the south of us:
Undocumented crossings at the U.S. southern border have long been dominated by people from Mexico and Central America — but for the first time since at least the turn of the century, migrants from other nations made up the majority of those stopped by authorities.Read more
After months of Democrats continually denying its existence, the left exploded with outrage after the Biden Border Crisis reached Martha's Vineyard, home to former President Obama and liberal stronghold. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis relocated 50 migrants there earlier this week.

There is no greater example of the breakdown of law and order under the Biden administration than the crisis on our southern border. According to a report by CNN, the crisis is the deadliest it's ever been, with a record number of migrants who've died crossing the border during the last fiscal year:
Nearly 750 migrants have died at the southern border this fiscal year, a record that surpasses last year's total by more than 200 people, according to Department of Homeland Security figures shared with CNN. . .Read more
The breakdown of law and order on our southern border with Mexico has reached new heights with over 2 million migrant encounters in fiscal year 2022 alone:
The number of migrant encounters at the southern border this fiscal year has now exceeded two million, sources tell Fox News — a number that marks a new record, as well as a glaring sign of the enormous and ongoing crisis facing agents, officials and communities at the border.Read more
Last week, Congressman and New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin was attacked while giving a campaign speech. Zeldin, who was ironically giving a speech about bail reform during the attack, predicted that the assailant would be released. Unfortunately, this prediction came true. (The attacker was subsequently arrested again after federal charges were filed.)
A man tried to assassinate @RepLeeZeldin with a knife. Thankfully, Lee is safe, but his attacker is already released back on the streets.— Kevin McCarthy (@GOPLeader) July 22, 2022
Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies are outrageous, but since Lee is a Republican, the media will largely ignore the attack.
While Title 42, a public health policy that many see as the only thing stopping massive numbers of migrants from attempting to cross the southern border, is expected to expire in May, President Biden is now feeling pressure from his own party to keep the policy in place. Of course, Democrats' opposition to the policy probably has more to do with their vulnerable status in the upcoming midterms rather than a desire for stronger border security:
While the move to end Title 42 has certainly sparked backlash from Republicans who support hard-line immigration policies, a great deal of Democrats, several who are up for re-election or seeking other positions, are also expressing concern over its planned removal as conditions at the southern border continue to deteriorate.Read more
On Monday, the attorneys general from Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri announced that they would be filing a suit challenging the expiration of Title 42, a public health order that allows the federal government to expedite the removal of migrants. Fox News reported:
The Republican states’ lawsuit argues that the Biden administration’s ending of Title 42 is not only bad policy, but is in breach of the notice-and-comment requirements set out in the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and is "arbitrary and capricious" -- grounds under which other immigration policies have been struck down. A CDC spokesperson told Fox News that it does not comment on pending litigation.Read more
