The President and Executive Director of the Republican National Lawyers Association, Michael Thielen, is featured in The Federalist with a guest column slamming the Democrat party bosses for effectively saying: "We are for 'democracy' as long as our chosen candidate is the only choice."  

In the days since President Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance, Democrat Party elites are trying every which way they can to get Joe off the ticket. The so-called “save democracy” party, which claims to fight for voter rights, is literally trying to disenfranchise the 14 million voters who cast a vote for Biden in the Democrat primaries earlier this year. Despite the obvious hypocrisy, party leaders are still considering nullifying those primary votes and imposing a candidate of their choosing.

In 2017, the idea of preserving the legislative filibuster was a bipartisan one. A coalition of Senators led by Republican Susan Collins and Democrat Chris Coons wrote a letter to Senate leadership to leave the filibuster in place.

The GOP has unequivocally condemned the increase in antisemitic attacks taking place in cities across the country and have called out inappropriate rhetoric in their own party. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the Democrat Party which has allowed anti-Israel rhetoric to proliferate within its ranks despite its connection to the increase in violence. The rise in antisemitic attacks comes in the broader context of generally higher violent crime rates in cities that have voted to reduce funding for law enforcement over the last year. 

These Anti-Semitic attacks must be condemned.

The scenes that have unfolded in the United States are horrifying. This is not what this country stands for and every American must speak out against these attacks.

On Tuesday, Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., the Republican National Committee, and the Nevada Republican Party sued Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, challenging Assembly Bill 4 (AB4), which was signed into law by Governor Steve Sisolak on Monday after a brief debate on Sunday regarding the 60-page, single-spaced bill.  The bill represents yet another instance of Democrats taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic to permanently alter the way elections are run throughout the country.

Democrats in Congress are once again grossly misguided in their attempts to prevent foreign interference in US elections.

Their latest legislation targeting online advertising is misleadingly titled “The Honest Ads Act”. Not only would it harmfully stifle American free speech, but it would accomplish close to nothing in stopping foreign meddling.

A few weeks back a voter intimidation and fraud ring was uncovered in Texas.  Today it was uncovered that the funding for the scheme came from a Texas Democratic Party official:  

A Fort Worth woman recently indicted on voter fraud charges paid others involved in the scheme with funds provided by a former Tarrant County Democratic Party leader, court documents filed this week say.

. . . The notice, filed Tuesday, states that Sanchez engaged in organized criminal activity in collaboration with her three co-defendants; Stuart Clegg, a former executive director for the Tarrant County Democratic Party; and others.
