Democrats Should Honor the Traditions of the Senate and Vote “Yes” on Judicial Nominees

Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee began confirmation hearings for four judicial vacancies. The nominees include Charles Eskridge (nominated for the Southern District of Texas), Peter Phipps (nominated for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals), William Stickman IV (nominated for the Western District of Pennsylvania), and Jennifer Wilson (nominated for the Middle District of Pennsylvania). The nominations for the U.S. District Court positions are especially important because 118 vacancies remain unfilled.

Dems Make Ridiculous Claims at Florida Election Hearing

On Monday, the Committee on House Administration's Election Subcommittee held a hearing in Florida on “Voting Rights and Election Administration.”

Democrats intentionally stacked the panel full of liberal congressional members and witnesses in order to outnumber Republican representation and stifle our perspective from being heard.

While Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) was the only Republican member and Logan Churchwell (Public Interest Legal Foundation) served as the only Republican witness, they stood their ground and spoke the truth.

Sore Loser Liberals Latest Attack on Democracy: Packing the Courts

Since President Trump has been elected, Democrats have been sore losers in more ways then is possible to count. While Hillary Clinton is legendary for her never-ending list of excuses and people to blame for her loss, liberals continue to push the sore loser envelope in more ways than bitterness.   The latest is the effort to pack the Supreme Court.  After their unprecedented, and ultimately unsuccessful effort to smear Justice Brett Kavanaugh, liberals are pushing a new idea should they win the Presidency.

The Democratic Congressional Circus Continues with Convicted Perjurer Michael Cohen Testifying

Today, the House Oversight Committee is holding an inflammatory public hearing featuring the recently disbarred lawyer and convicted felon Michael Cohen. The hearing is being covered by the cable news networks and interrupted all the major networks' daytime programming—in essence, commandeering the news cycle. Mr. Cohen, who previously served as a personal attorney to President Donald Trump, was convicted last year after committing a variety of personal crimes and lying to Congress while under oath.
