Earlier today, the Trump Campaign's legal team held a press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters to give an overview of their ongoing litigation. The press conference featured Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis. It focused on alleged problems in major cities across several states.

November 11th Litigation and Recount Update

Earlier today, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced that the state would be conducting a hand recount of the Presidential race. Secretary of State Raffensperger noted that: "It will be an audit, a recount and a recanvass all at once." He expects the recount to be completed before the state's November 20th deadline to certify the results.

Trump Campaign Communications Director Tim Murtaugh told reporters earlier today: "This is an important first step in the process to ensure that the election was fair and that every legal vote was counted."

The COVID-19 pandemic has created unique challenges for this year's primaries that give insight into how November's Presidential election will play out. Problems experienced in Georgia and Pennsylvania exposed weaknesses in local Democratic officials election administration plans, while Kentucky emerged as a model for how other states should proceed.

Cuomo and Elias Uncover "Voter Suppression" . . . by Democrats

The bias of the mainstream media has been exposed again after CNN's Chris Cuomo pushed the inaccurate Democrat talking points that problems with Georgia's primary were caused by so called "voter suppression" tactics by the Republican Secretary of State. Georgia's Statewide Voting Implementation Manager Gabriel Sterling dismantled Cuomo's narrative by explaining the cause of the issues on Tuesday – mishandling of the elections process during the COVID-19 pandemic by local officials. Many of these officials are Democrats.

Georgia Democrat Election Officials Mess Up In Person Voting

Georgia, South Carolina, West Virginia, Nevada, and North Dakota all held primaries on Tuesday. While things went smoothly in most of the states, Georgia experienced significant problems including long lines, confusion over new voting equipment, and short staffed polling places . Most of the issues were experienced in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Left Fights Efforts to Maintain Accurate Voter Registration List in Georgia

Much has been made in the press regarding the 53,000 voter registrations filed shortly before the registration deadline in Georgia that Secretary of State Brian Kemp was allegedly holding and not processing in order to suppress voters.  But it turns out to be the usual story: Secretary Kemp was following state law by checking the identity numbers provided in the registrations before registering the new voters and many of the "new" voter registrations either belonged to people who did not exist or who were already registered to vote.
