On Sunday, a group of far-left violent extremists armed with explosives stormed the future site of a law enforcement training facility in Atlanta:

The group is accused of leaving a nearby music festival Sunday evening and heading to the construction site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center "to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers."

Dems in Disarray: Biden Sides with Republicans on D.C. Crime Bill

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · March 03, 2023 6:38 PM

In a rare move, President Joe Biden has indicated that he will sign into law a Republican effort to block a radical D.C. law that would have dramatically weakened penalties for serious crimes in the nation's capital.

🚨 BREAKING: Even Biden admits crime is out of control in Democrat-run cities thanks to the Left's soft-on-crime agenda.

House Republicans are forcing a bill to his desk to overturn DC's weak new criminal code eliminating mandatory minimums on violent crime—and he won't veto it. https://t.co/sd6b7sh7H5

But Biden shouldn't be given any credit for ultimately stopping the radical legislation. This was clearly a move to save face for Democrats who have largely been responsible for a crime crisis sweeping the country:

Rogue Leftist Prosecutors Have No Shame

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · February 27, 2023 8:45 PM

Rogue leftist prosecutors have proven time and time again that they have no shame in imposing their radical agenda on the jurisdictions they've been elected or appointed to protect. This time, Los Angeles District Attorney George GascĂłn has suspended a line prosecutor allegedly for referring to a controversial defendant by his birth pronouns:

Los Angeles district attorney George Gascon has suspended a prosecutor for allegedly referring to a convicted child molester and suspected murderer by his birth name and the pronouns that correspond to his sex, rather than the name and pronouns he adopted after coming out as transgender.

D.C. Council Puts Nation's Capital in Danger with New Crime Bill

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · January 18, 2023 7:47 PM

On Tuesday, the D.C. City Council approved a dangerous crime bill that will radically weaken criminal penalties in the nation's capital. The bill is so bad that even leftist Mayor Muriel Bowser opposes the bill:

The District of Columbia City Council voted to force through revisions of the district's criminal code that will soften penalties on violent crimes, overriding a previous veto from the mayor's office.

Crime Plays a Major Role in the Tightening Wisconsin Governor's Race

Posted on Blog by Ian Brenson · October 24, 2022 12:12 PM

While national attention has been focused on the upcoming midterm elections for U.S. House and Senate, many have overlooked state races like the Wisconsin gubernatorial election, which has been described as the most important in the nation. Republican candidate Tim Michels is surging in the polls against current Governor Tony Evers and has recently drawn level with Governor Evers in the RealClearPolitics average after trailing in recent months.

New FBI Crime Stats Leave Out Major Crime Hubs

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · October 05, 2022 5:35 PM

A new FBI report indicates that murder rates increased during 2021, while violent crime decreased overall. However, the agency is facing criticism over the credibility of its data, which relies heavily on estimation due to a lack of participation by law enforcement agencies—including those in crime hubs like Los Angeles and New York City:

“The overwhelming lack of law enforcement participation presents a challenge when assessing the true state of nationwide crime in America,” said Jillian Snider, the policy director for the R Street Institute’s criminal justice and civil liberties team.

Snider, a retired NYPD cop, said everyone should “proceed with caution” in using this data for new criminal justice policy.

The FBI’s latest statistics show violent crime dropped last year — but the data fails to account for thousands of places, including big cities like NYC and LA.

Experts say the data has glaring holes due to an “overwhelming” lack of participation by police.https://t.co/zfd9BfjHNq

Border Crisis Fueled by Migrants from "Remote Countries"

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · September 27, 2022 5:38 PM

When thinking about illegal immigration, immigration from Central America typically comes to mind. However, more and more immigrants are coming from countries beyond our neighbors directly to the south of us:

Undocumented crossings at the U.S. southern border have long been dominated by people from Mexico and Central America — but for the first time since at least the turn of the century, migrants from other nations made up the majority of those stopped by authorities.

Left Changes Tune on Border Crisis When It Enters Their Backyard

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · September 16, 2022 9:26 PM

After months of Democrats continually denying its existence, the left exploded with outrage after the Biden Border Crisis reached Martha's Vineyard, home to former President Obama and liberal stronghold. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis relocated 50 migrants there earlier this week.
