Republicans Sue Pennsylvania Over Illegal Mail-In-Ballot Procedure

On Sunday, the RNC, NRCC, and the PAGOP filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for its plan to illegally accept undated mail-in-ballots in direct opposition to a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month.

Pennsylvania Democrats have a history of undermining election integrity and ignoring rules set by the PA legislature.

Republicans are stepping in to promote free, fair, and transparent elections in the Keystone State. (2/2)

It's Official: Not One Single House Republican Lost Reelection

In a year when Democrats insisted that a "blue wave" was coming, not a single Republican House member lost their bid for reelection in 2020. Even better, Republicans flipped 4 seats in the liberal stronghold of California.

Supreme Court Hears Oral Argument in Census Citizenship Question Case

This morning, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Department of Commerce v. New York concerning whether the plan to include a question on citizenship on the 2020 census violated either the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) or the Constitution's enumeration clause.  Solicitor General Noel Francisco represented the United States in defense of adding the question, and three advocates argued on behalf of Democrat-controlled states, liberal organizations, and the U.S. House against including the question.
