Biden's Weaponization of the DOJ targets Pro-Lifers and Whistleblowers
No president has done more to destroy public faith in our justice system than Joe Biden. Consider how his political appointees are going after everyday Americans for simply exercising their faith, while ignoring the vast Biden family criminal network and leaving whistleblowers vulnerable to retaliation.

Surprise, surprise. The D.C. Attorney General has cut a sweetheart deal with far-left Democrat Congressman Jamaal Bowman after he pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building in an apparent effort to delay a House vote. House Republicans React to Special Counsel Appointment in Hunter Biden Investigation
Today, U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss was appointed Special Counsel by Attorney General Merrick Garland. As House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan points out:
First, David Weiss said he didn’t have the power he needed and wanted special counsel status.
— Rep. Jim Jordan (@Jim_Jordan) August 11, 2023
Then, he said he had all the power he needs.
Now, he gets special counsel status because he didn’t really have the power he needs?
Something’s not right.
House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith gives a very plausible answer to Chairman Jordan’s question:

Biden’s DOJ: Partisanship Over Principle?
In recent weeks, the prioritization of partisanship over principle by the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) has increasingly come into focus. As we reported last week, a plea deal between Hunter Biden and the DOJ for tax crimes was rejected by Delaware U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika who pointed out that the agreement contained "unusual" terms that would have given Biden "broad immunity" from other charges being considered against him.

On Wednesday, Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty and accept a plea deal for a felony gun possession charge and two misdemeanor tax crimes. However, the deal fell through when Delaware U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika expressed concerns about the scope of the agreement. National Review reported:
Noreika described the deal struck with U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware as “unusual” and questioned why the deal contained some “non-standard terms,” such as “broad immunity” from other potential charges.

Jordan's Weaponization Subcommittee Issues Scathing Report on Garland School Board Memo
The House Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government have issued a scathing report on U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland's targeting of parents concerned with the leftist agenda in K-12 education. The report explains:
From the initial set of material produced in response to the subpoenas, it is apparent that the Biden Administration misused federal law-enforcement and counterterrorism resources for political purposes. The Justice Department’s own documents demonstrate that there was no compelling nationwide law-enforcement justification for the Attorney General’s directive or the Department components’ execution thereof. After surveying local law enforcement, U.S. Attorney’s offices around the country reported back to Main Justice that there was no legitimate law-enforcement basis for the Attorney General’s directive to use federal law-enforcement and counterterrorism resources to investigate school board-related threats.
