Jan. 6 Committee Attacks Constitutional Rights of RNC and Its Supporters

Posted on Blog by Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) · March 16, 2022 9:39 PM

Last week, the Republican National Committee filed a complaint against the January 6th Committee to stop the enforcement of an "overbroad" and "unauthorized" subpoena compelling Salesforce to produce "sensitive and proprietary data over more than a two month period, which would give the Select Committee unprecedented access to the RNC’s internal political strategies and to private, personal information regarding its supporters." While it is common practice for companies like Salesforce to decline compliance with similar subpoenas during pending litigation, a new request for an injunction from the RNC explains that Salesforce plans to comply unless the court intervenes.

Election Admin Issues Abound in Pennsylvania

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · February 15, 2022 3:15 PM

Recordings obtained from a whistleblower in Delaware County, Pennsylvania show rampant election administration problems in the suburban Philadelphia county:

To date, the videos have exposed a wide array of problems with election integrity, including on-tape admissions that the election laws were not complied with, that 80 percent of provisional ballots lacked a proper chain-of-custody, that there were missing removable drives for some of the voting machines, and that election workers “recreated” new drives to response to the Right to Know request.

Democrats and the media will lead you to believe that the Republican Party is divided, but the opposite is true. The GOP is united against the Biden Administration and congressional Democrats' radical agenda. The message of unity has been reiterated recently as House Republicans elected a new conference chair, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21), last week

We are united as ONE TEAM of House Republicans focused on saving our great nation from the radical Democrat Socialist agenda of President Biden and Speaker Pelosi! @HouseGOP

RNC and NRSC Intervene to Defend Florida Election Reforms

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · May 20, 2021 8:40 PM

On Thursday, the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) announced that they are seeking to intervene in two ongoing lawsuits filed by the NAACP and the League of Women Voters (via Marc Elias) challenging election reforms recently signed into Florida law by Governor Ron DeSantis:

“Florida’s recent election reforms are aimed at a simple goal: making it easier to vote and harder to cheat,” said RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. “Democrat attempts to dishonestly misrepresent these common-sense reforms are pure political theater, and Floridians see right through them. The RNC remains committed to protecting election integrity at every level of the process, no matter how many lies Democrats tell.”

Republicans Fight Back Against Big Tech Censorship in Wake of Hunter Biden Story Suppression

Posted on Blog by Lisa Dixon · October 16, 2020 4:58 PM

On Wednesday, the New York Post published an article about emails obtained from a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden at a repair shop that confirm some of the accusations regarding impropriety in Hunter Biden's position on the board of Burisma and former Vice President Biden's involvement. This might have been a story that only made an impression with the devoted MAGA crowd, except that Twitter decided it violated a policy against "hacked materials," blocked users from tweeting the article, and suspended accounts that had posted it, including the accounts of White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the Trump campaign's account (@TeamTrump), and the New York Post itself. This policy was not applied to the New York Times story from a few weeks ago that published information from President Trump's tax returns that had been obtained not just through irregular channels but illegally. Facebook quickly followed suit to suppress the story, and the mainstream media completely ignored that the story had been published.

Litigation Update: RNC Victories in IA, OH, ME, AZ, NH, & NC

Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · October 05, 2020 7:02 PM

The prevailing narrative pushed by the Left is that the expansion of vote-by-mail should take place indiscriminately without additional safeguards to protect against fraud.

In response, the Republican National Committee has been fighting to preserve the integrity of our elections. Just last week, the RNC experienced victories in Arizona, Iowa, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Ohio.
