Posted on Blog by Elizabeth Bradford El-Rassy · July 24, 2020 4:47 PM

Earlier today, RNLA published a press release applauding the creation of Lawyers for Trump and praising its national co-chairs. Lawyers for Trump's co-chairs include RNLA's Co-Chair and California RNC Committeewoman Harmeet Dhillon, RNLA Board of Governors member Stefan Passantino, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge. All four are fantastic choices to lead this crucial coalition needed to ensure open, fair, and honest elections this fall.

California Loses in Its Unconstitutional Effort to Disenfranchise Voters

Posted on Blog by Lisa Dixon · October 02, 2019 7:17 PM

After issuing a preliminary injunction against California's law requiring presidential candidates to release their tax returns before appearing on the ballot -- a clear attack on President Trump -- a couple weeks ago, a judge on the Eastern District of California issued an order yesterday explaining the basis for finding the law unconstitutional on several grounds.  RNLA leaders and members have been leading the fight against California's anti-Trump law: Harmeet Dhillon, Mark Meuser, Justin Clark, and Stefan Passantino are litigating the federal law challenge to the law, while Chuck Bell is litigating the state law challenge.

Republicans Fight California Democrats' "Naked Political Grab"

Posted on Blog by Michael Thielen · August 06, 2019 5:04 PM

Today, RNLA Vice President for Communications and RNC Committeewoman from California Harmeet Dhillon’s firm and Michael Best & Friedrich filed a lawsuit against California Governor Gavin Newsom seeking to enjoin California Demorats' illegal attempt to keep qualified candidates off the Presidential ballot.  The lawsuit says in part:

The Russian collusion narrative is now a total bust for Democrats in their never-ending attacks on President Trump.  Now Democrats have turned to using admitted liar Michael Cohen, not to go after President Trump directly, but the banks and accounting firms he used long before he was President.

Hit Stories on Former Trump White House Attorney "Another Demonstration of the Ugly Politics of Personal Destruction"

Posted on Blog by Lisa Dixon · February 19, 2019 8:57 PM

The mainstream media breathlessly reported over the weekend that two Trump attorneys had lied about the relationship between President Trump and his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen.  This came after the House Oversight Democrats sent a letter containing the allegation of "evolving stories" to White House Counsel Pat Cipollone for a late Friday news drop.  The House Oversight Democrats and the mainstream media chose to smear former White House ethics attorney and current RNLA Board of Governors member Stefan Passantino for making false statements because of notes taken by Office of Government Ethics staff regarding one statement he made regarding his understanding of the nature of the attorney-client relationship between President Trump and Mr. Cohen:
