I am an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District District of California, with the Civil Rights Section of the Civil Division. Previously, I was the Deputy General Counsel at the Center for Individual Rights (CIR) in Washington, D.C. Admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, Texas, the Ninth Circuit, the Third Circuit, and the District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Western District of Michigan. A 1990 graduate of the University of California Berkeley School of Law, a member of the California Law Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College.
